Marking World Mental Health Day on 10th October 2020, this workshop on how to establish and maintain a healthy work-life balance while at university. We all understand that managing studies alongside jobs, family commitments and social life is not straight-forward. This can be challenging and cause stress and worry. In this workshop members of the Counselling Service will talk you through some strategies for maintaining your physical and mental health, and give you some ideas of warning signs to look out for, plus some study support tips for establishing healthy habits.

This is an online workshop, but please be prepared to participate. We will answer your questions and invite you to share your own tips and strategies so that you can learn from each other.
