Arts Programme: Going Global Workshop

International experience can be an incredible asset to a graduate's career prospects; it shows employers you are confident, motivated and independent.

It can help you build a network of international contacts and gain in depth knowledge of other cultures.

This workshop helps you navigate the practical things you need to consider as well as the cultural considerations of of living and working in another country.

You will gain insight into:

- Understanding how your qualifications transfer abroad

- European working, the Bologna Process or working further afield

- The impact of Brexit and what this might mean for those wishing to work in Europe

- Understanding personal impact and the value of working abroad

- Observing cultures, values and traditions and appreciating cultural competencies

- Tier 4 to Tier 2 changes for international students

You will be sent the link to access the session on Collaborate at least 24 hours before the start time.  Please make sure that you have signed up with the correct email address to ensure you receive the link.

If you require any adjustments for the sessions (e.g. captions, off white slides, slides in advance), please let Lucy Crittenden know at employability@bbk.ac.uk at least 2 working days in advance so that we have time to implement them.
