Every one of you wants to run your own successful business, but how do you get there? There are seemingly endless steps you need to take, but there is one that can set your entire business up to thrive. And it’s a step that many start-ups only focus on when it’s too late. The best companies let their audiences guide and shape their offering because they have taken the time to really understand them. In this two-hour workshop I’ll show you how to identify your audience, understand them, and create a proposition that will speak to them.

You don’t need to pay through the nose for a specialist. You don’t need to hold dozens of focus groups. And you don’t need to spend your life crawling the internet for research. Whatever your business, and whatever stage it's at - whether just an idea or already up and running - this workshop will help you define a proposition that will attract and engage the people that matter most: your customers.

This two-hour workshop is designed and run by Ross Davies, a digital strategist with experience of creating successful digital strategies for the likes of Primark, Amazon and Barclays. His expertise, guidance and thoughtful questioning are here to help inspire the sort of critical thinking and audience planning needed to run a successful business.

This workshop costs £10 (compared to the industry average of over £100 for an equivalent session) and is for Birkbeck students and graduates only. This workshop is hosted by Enterprise Pathways at Birkbeck Futures.
