Kaleidoscope investments (Ki):

Ki specialises in helping disabled people with great business ideas, to set up and start their own businesses. They work with anyone that has a disability according to the Equalities Act 2010 and are completely sector agnostic. They focus on the entrepreneur and their capabilities.

In addition to bringing investment to the table, they also introduce business savvy mentors who have all been or continue to be, successful entrepreneurs. Additionally they have our own methodology of growing companies that they apply to the businesses that they work with, which is effectively their ‘secret sauce’.

They have recently set up Kaleidoscope Recruitment which is their recruitment business specifically helping people with disabilities into job roles and then helping them to stay there as long as they can.
