Try It! Birkbeck in your commUNIty

Poetry lays the world at your feet. Students from Birkbeck's Creative Writing Programme have been studying poems from around the world, and writing poems about journeys. You are invited to come to a poetry reading where they will read some of their original work and join them on a journey to people, places, worlds and states of being that are real, imagined, future, possible and mythical. With Birkbeck lecturer, Dr Liane Straus.

To celebrate Adult Learners’ Week 12^th -18^th May, Birkbeck are hosting a series of free information, advice & guidance sessions together with debates, performances, workshops and lectures at Cambridge House in Camberwell. Come for the whole day or just drop in.
