Past meetings

Spring 2010

• The dates for this term's theatre salon meetings are Tuesday 27th April, Tuesday 25th May, and Tuesday 22 June. All meetings will be in the Tillotson Room (room 502 at 30 Russell Square) and will start at 6.00pm. All welcome.
• 27 April 2010: we are going to spend a second session on Herbert Blau's 'Odd, Anonymous Needs: The Audience in a Dramatized Society' (1985) together with Alice Rayner's 'The Audience: Subjectivity, Community and the Ethics of Listening' (1993). Please let me know if you would like copies of the readings. We will then be moving on to look at the theatre archive / theatre scholar in the next two sessions.
• Monday 19 April 2010: we also have the salon theatre trip to see Jez Butterworth's Jerusalem. All our tickets have now been allocated, but if you didn't get get one and would like to come (under your own financial steam) then it would be lovely to see you there. I understand that there are some £10 day tickets available.
