In the programme Roger looks at the legend of the cursed tombs and shows how these stories, which still inspire Hollywood blockbusters today, can be traced back to Victorian times. True Tales from the Crypt will be broadcast at 11:30am on Radio 4 this Thursday (September 20th).
Roger’s book The Mummy’s Curse: The True Story of a Dark Fantasy will be published in October.
