Elluminate is a voice conferencing tool that allows synchronous communication and activities with students online within a Blackboard course. This tool is particularly useful for distance courses but can also enhance the learning experience of students on campus as presentations can be recorded and made available in Blackboard for later revision.&lt;/p&gt;
