This Study Day will bring together students, researchers and academics in order to share ongoing research and broaden horizons. In particular it aims to provide new perspectives on Carmen Martín Gaite studies, past, present and future.

All are welcome and there is no fee.

Speakers

Dr Mercedes Carbayo Abengózar is Senior Lecturer in Spanish and History and Programme Leader of the Research Practice Course School of Arts and Humanities, Nottingham Trent.

Dr Caragh Wells is Senior Lecturer in Hispanic Studies, School of Modern Languages Hispanic, Portuguese and Latin American Studies, University of Bristol.

Dr Jessamy Harvey lectures in Modern Spanish Literature and Cultural Studies, with a special focus on childhood and youth, School of Languages, Linguistics & Culture, Birkbeck, University of London.

Maria-José Blanco works and studies at the Department of Spanish and Latin American Studies, UCL.
