  • Seminar by Professor Sandra G. Vasconcelos from the University of São Paulo (a specialist on the author’s work, curator of João Guimarães Rosa Archives at the Institute of Brazilian Studies, São Paulo)
  • Seminar by Professor David Treece from King’s College, London (specialized in Brazilian literature and translator of João Guimarães Rosa’s The Jaguar and other stories, Boulevard, 2001)
  • Performance by FlamingoFeather with Ilana Gorban and Simon Rice, Three Places, which includes live music played on rabeca (Brazilian fiddle) by musician Thomas Rohrer.
