Workshop: Finance for Managers
This workshop provides an introduction and brief overview of the accounting process.
Accounting is an important part of the management information system and it is important that managers are familiar with where accounting data comes from, and how it is processed into accounting reports, the interpretation of these reports and the reliability of these reports as a basis for decision making.
- By the end of the workshop, participants should be able to comment on the main features of financial statements, interpret and use basic financial statements.
