Talks & Seminars

BIGS host regular research meetings and talks. Please watch this space for an updated programme for 2007-2008.

College Gender Group: this informal group meets once a term to discuss work-in-progress. The next seminar will be given by Dr Heike Bauer and is entitled ‘How Not to Make Same-Sex History: Sexology, Feminism and Female Inversion at the Fin de Siècle’. It will take place on Tuesday 20 March, 12.30-2pm in the Council Room, Malet Street.
