Meet our interns for 2017-18: Azzam Al Kassir, Harooon Forde, Devin Frank, Pauline Suwanban.

This year's conference will take place on 8-9 June 2018.

Join the Working Party

The Birkbeck Institute interns are currently recruiting a group of PhD students to help organise the 2018 Graduate Conference. The Graduate Conference aims to engage with all students across Birkbeck and encourage stimulating interdisciplinary discussions. Joining the working party will be an invaluable training opportunity for PhD students to organise and participate in an International Conference. Members of the Working Party will be part of the planning process, support the logistics of the event and have the opportunity to chair panels and interact with invited guests. Anyone interested in joining should email bisr@bbk.ac.uk

The Institutes are running a series of workshops on ‘How to Make your Academic Conference a Success’, the first focusing on the call for papers (5 December 14:00-15:30). Those interested in joining the working party are invited to participate and meet the interns.
