Graduate studies lectures 2017/18: Science in the Real World

We run a formal lecture programme providing wide-ranging transferable skills. We also give a course on 'the culture of science' including discussions of ethics, intellectual property rights and career opportunities. All PhD and MRes students are required to attend graduate studies lectures but talks are also open to staff within the department. All our research students are required to complete a plagiarism exercise by the end of Year 1.

Autumn Term 2017

All talks will take place in the Glaxo-Wellcome Suite (room B62/3) unless otherwise stated.
