Opportunities for postgraduate funding (2012/13)

The School of Arts at Birkbeck is one of the most vibrant and exciting environments in which to undertake postgraduate studies in the Arts.

We have various opportunities for financial support for postgraduate students studying in the School in 2012/13.

• We invite applications for AHRC-funded Block Grant Partnership awards at doctoral and masters level: see the My Birkbeck pages on the AHRC-funded Block Grant for further details.
• The School also offers up to 15 research studentships for MPhil/PhD students (full or partial fee awards for Home/EU/International students, part-time or full-time) across the School for outstanding candidates.
• Outstanding candidates for part-time postgraduate research in the field of European Art or Architecture from the thirteenth to the seventeenth century are invited to apply for The Murray Research Studentship.
• Finally, we also have a range of bursaries for Masters degrees for MA and MFA courses across the School.
