Dr Susan Bracken

Susan received her MA from the Courtauld Institute in 1993 and is researching a PhD on collecting 1590-1650.

She has taught on the Wallace Collection/IESA MA course.

Having taught for both UK and US universities, she is currently:

  • co-convenor of a research seminar on .Collecting and Display 100 BC-AD 1700. at the Institute of Historical Research
  • Joint Certificate Option Tutor at the V&A on the Year Course High Renaissance to Baroque

Research interests

Areas of particular interest also include tapestries and ceramics.
