Birkbeck Financial Engineering Society
Whether you are a current student of the Birkbeck Financial Engineering program, or an alumnus from the department, the Birkbeck Financial Engineering Society is the networking group for you. Graduates who work in the industry but studied another subject at Birkbeck are also welcome to join. As a member, you can meet other similar professionals face-to-face in London and share your knowledge and experience with others.
The society has two main objectives:
1. To promote professional relationships. The society will organize networking events to facilitate the creation of professional relationships within the financial professionals community, inviting members to share their insights, and experiences, and mentoring new graduates and current students.
2. To promote continuing professional development. The society aims to work closely with the Department and provide many avenues for members to join various Seminars and Workshops, and perhaps also other guest talks.
All members of the FE Society and members of the public are invited to join. For more information and updates on the event, please join the BBK-FE Group on Linked-In or check the BBK-FE Society website.
